COACHING

DO I REALLY NEED IT?

With so much misinformation floating around the internet and social media, I make sure my clients are informed. I want them to know what we’re doing and why we’re doing it. I want them to know why we’re not cutting out things or why I make these particular adjustments to their nutrition. At some point, my clients are going to be on their own again and I don’t want them to fail. I want them to have lifelong success.

Tracking your macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats) , the purpose of each one, and how they ultimately help them achieve their health goals.

Showing the importance of getting stronger, building muscle, and how to do that effectively.

What it looks like to warm up, cool down, and how those play a role in maintaining/improving mobility.

How to live life to its fullest. Eating healthy and working out wasn’t created to make your life miserable. It was created to improve your quality of life and that's why I’m here.
