IRON MIKE COACHING

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

This policy explains what information Iron Mike Coaching ("I," "me") collects through ironmikecoaching.com, how it's used and the choices you have. Questions? Email mike@ironmikecoaching.com.

What I collect

  • Coaching applications and messages. Your name, email, phone number and the answers you give on the application, including your goals, training experience, schedule and any injuries or health notes you choose to share.

  • Purchases. When you buy a program, the checkout collects your name, email and billing details. Payments are processed by Squarespace and its payment partners (such as Stripe or PayPal). I never see or store your full card number.

  • Site usage. Squarespace and Google Analytics use cookies and similar tools to record basic information such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location. You can manage cookies in your browser and through the site's cookie banner.

How I use it

  • To reply to your application and, if we work together, to build and adjust your program.

  • To deliver the programs you buy and send receipts and download links.

  • To understand how the site is used so I can improve it.

  • To answer your questions and keep records required by law.

I do not sell your personal information. Health details you share are used only to coach you safely and are never shared for marketing.

Who it's shared with

Only the services that run this site and my coaching: Squarespace (website, store and forms), payment processors, Google Analytics, and my coaching app if you become a client. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. I may also disclose information if required by law.

How long I keep it

Application and client information is kept while we work together and for a reasonable time after, then deleted. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing mike@ironmikecoaching.com. You can unsubscribe from any email I send using the link in that email.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. Coaching for athletes under 18 is arranged with a parent or guardian.
