These terms apply to ironmikecoaching.com and to the digital programs sold here (The Smithy). By using the site or buying a program, you agree to them. Questions? Email mike@ironmikecoaching.com.

Health and safety

The information on this site and in the programs is for general fitness education. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace advice from your doctor. Talk to a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You take part in any training at your own risk and are responsible for using proper form, appropriate weights and safe equipment.

Digital programs

  • License. When you buy a program, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download and use it yourself. You may not share, resell, copy, post or distribute the files.

  • Delivery. Programs are delivered as a download link after checkout. If you have trouble downloading, email me and I'll make it right.

  • All sales final. Because programs are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. If a file is damaged or you were charged in error, contact me and I'll fix it.

  • Results. Results depend on your effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep and individual factors. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

Coaching services

In-person training and online coaching are covered by a separate agreement provided when you sign up, which sets out pricing, scheduling, cancellations and billing.

Content ownership

All content on this site and in the programs, including text, programs, graphics, logos and photos, belongs to Iron Mike Coaching and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Iron Mike Coaching and Mike Wollard are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of this site or the programs. If liability is found anyway, it is limited to the amount you paid for the program in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its date.
